Healthy Living for your Brain and Body: Tips from the latest research Kendra Lund, Program Manager of the Alzheimer’s Association will present 4 areas of lifestyle habits associated with healthy aging, Wednesday, November 29, 10:30 a.m. at Bethany On The Lake Chapel, 1020 Lark Street. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline.
